Individual Volunteer Opportunities
We have multiple ways for individuals to connect with our volunteer community and serve families facing a medical crisis.
Care Delivery
Each week we deliver specialized care bags to more than 80 families. We rely on volunteers to help make this happen. This is a wonderful way to lighten the load that families face during a medical crisis. Volunteers schedule a time to pick up packages from our Boulder or Denver office and deliver to families either at their home, hotel, or hospital. These volunteer shifts happen on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during business hours. Drivers must be 18 or older.
We ask volunteers who are interested in doing care deliveries to attend one of our trainings where we will give you all the information you need to get started.
Informational Virtual Trainings
During the Virtual Trainings, you will hear the story of There With Care, the programs that we offer, and all the information that you need to get started as a volunteer. These happen the last Wednesday of each month from 7:00 – 8:00 pm. To sign up, review times below

On-the-job volunteer training
This training will provide you with all the information that you need to get started right away as a care delivery driver. We will give you a tour of our warehouse while telling you about our mission at There With Care. We will also train you on the process of doing deliveries for the families we serve. Once we have shared this information, we will send you out to do your first delivery. We would love to meet you at our next training! Please email anne@therewithcare.org with any questions. Application and Background Check

Warehouse Support
Sorting and packing are a big part of our process at There With Care. We pack hundreds of bags each week that are delivered to families. These bags are filled with a variety of items, from produce to diapers and everything in between. We are always looking for volunteers to help in the process. We pack bags in Boulder on Wednesdays or in Denver on Thursdays. This is an easy and fun way to get involved, learn more about There with Care, and make a difference in the community.
