Hannah's Story
"Our daughter, Hannah, was born at 29 weeks by emergency c-section. She came out with small, stiff lungs, which meant that we needed to spend a long time in the hospital to help her lungs grow. She needed a lot of oxygen to to live – when the lungs are not functioning well, it taxes your heart. That caused her to have pulmonary hypertension."
