Melissa assists families who are in the critical phase of a medical crisis with their child by helping them with practical goods and services. She works to give them more time together and relieve some of their stress so they can enjoy that time as much as possible. 

After working in a pediatric office for 15 years, Melissa feels incredibly lucky to connect with families beyond a medical capacity. There With Care combines her two favorite things in life – kids and helping people – and she is so rewarded by her work each day.
