Kerry O’Rourke Bischof

Board Director

Kerry brings 20 years of experience in management, strategy and operations from her roles in the technology and consulting industries. Most recently she was the Executive Vice President of AOL/Time Warner where she ran the Web products and technology teams including Design and UI, Product Management, Engineering/Development, Project Management and Quality Assurance. She managed an international staff of over 750 employees and delivered hundreds of web products and enhancements used by millions of consumers worldwide. She started her career at IBM in marketing and sales and then moved to Gemini Consulting where she led numerous strategic efforts for companies across multiple industries.

Kerry now applies that experience in her philanthropic work, focusing on education and children’s health. In addition to There With Care, she serves as Vice Chair of Phillips Brooks School Board of Trustees, Founding Ambassador for Eastside College Preparatory School in East Palo Alto, and Philanthropy Co-chair for The National Charity League, Sandhill Chapter. Kerry is also an active volunteer at both PBS and Menlo School, where her two children attend school, and she supports a number of other non-profit organizations. She has an MBA from Kellogg, Northwestern University and a BS in Math with a concentration in social sciences from the University of Notre Dame.

After experiencing a medical crisis with her own son days after he was born, she understands first-hand how challenging each day can be. She is grateful for the opportunity to help There With Care fulfill its mission of supporting families with children facing medical crises.
