Hannah Savadkohi

Program Coordinator

As a There With Care Program Coordinator, Hannah provides direct support to families going through a medical crisis. Her goal is to be a person families trust and connect with in their difficulties so she can assist them with resources and care that offer immediate and tangible support. 

She was drawn to There With Care’s mission because she wanted to be part of an organization that impacts the people’s lives in such a personal way. Working for the organization has created a true passion for her to find ways to meet families where they are with care. 

Hannah has worked with numerous non-profit organizations, including in residential homes, job coaching individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and volunteering with various organizations to help people at a time when the need is the greatest.
