Bequests – Designate There With Care as the beneficiary of your will by allocating an amount, percentage, or the residual to the organization.
Beneficiary designations - Designate There With Care as a beneficiary of your retirement account, financial account, or annuity.
Life Insurance – Donate a policy that is no longer needed in your lifetime for an immediate tax deduction or name There With Care as the beneficiary of your current policy.
Retained Life Estate – You can deed your home or property to There With Care and remain in your home during your lifetime. Estates will be liquidated and the proceeds will benefit There With Care.
Tangible Personal Property – Personal property such as cars, art, jewelry, etc. can be gifted to There With Care. The assets will be sold and the proceeds will benefit the organization.
Trusts
Charitable lead trust – Create a charitable lead trust that pays fixed or variable income to There With Care over a period of years. The principal is retained for your heirs.
Charitable remainder trust – Create a charitable remainder trust that provides you with annual income. The principal is retained for There With Care.
