Sunny Mai, PHR is responsible for staffing operations, structural and policy changes, performance management, compensation, benefits, and training & development. She partners closely with management for There With Care’s strategic planning processes and implementations; in addition to being the coolest employee advocate around.

Sunny has been a past There With Care volunteer and was drawn to the organization through her own experience with a family member who received meal and home maintenance services through her (Hmong) community. She comes to There With Care with 15 years of experience in human resources work and is privileged to work alongside this amazing team.
