Julia joins There With Care as the Grants Manager where she researches and writes grants, letters of intent, and requests for proposals, as well as managing the reporting of grant outcomes. She ensures the There With Care mission and programs align with the funders’ specifications and mission for giving.

Julia recently was the Program Director for a local nonprofit where she enjoyed writing grants and articles and creating learning materials and curriculums. Her newfound love for grant writing opened doors to a new career and led her to There With Care to pursue her passion!

Some of Julia’s accolades from her grant writing career include foundation grant awards ranging from $5,000 to $250,000, a $1 million Capital Grant, and a $600,000 SAMSHA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration) grant.
