Jennifer Sheldon

Board Director

Jennifer brings 20+ years of experience in strategy, program innovation, and organizational development. She began her career in executive education and then moved to roles focused on organizational growth, including managing market development at a telecom company, designing strategy to grow organizations at a consulting firm, and directing new initiatives at an education nonprofit. She is currently a consultant at Community Equity Collaborative, a project-based nonprofit focused on educational equity and early learning. Jennifer believes deeply in providing all children with the education and care they need to thrive and has spent time on the board of a preschool, recruiting young adults to work in education, and leading discussions about belonging in elementary classrooms. She is inspired by the families, staff, and community of There With Care who elevate the meaning of care every day one family at a time. Jennifer is a Bay Area native and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Stanford University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. She lives in Menlo Park with her husband and two children.
