Requesting Items from the Comms Team

In order to streamline requests, the Comms Team asks you to use request forms when requesting new items like design projects, reorders, website edits, and social media posts.

Any items requested should be thoroughly vetted and content should be as close to final as possible before submitting your request. Please be prepared to answer questions about your request including deadline, audience, and priority.

Approved requests will be uploaded as a project or task in Wrike, our project management tool. If you are a user on Wrike, this project or task will be shared with you so you can follow our progress, review items when necessary, and offer feedback. If you are not a user on Wrike, we will reach out via email for reviews needed and the final product.
