Honoring Children Following a Loss
Eric Cares is a program focused on providing support to assist families with funeral expenses following the loss of a child. After losing their own son Eric, parents Mike and Melody Jamali established Eric Cares, a program of There With Care, to help families celebrate and commemorate the beautiful life of their child.
In the Denver Metro Area, more than 420 children lose their battle with a long-term illness every year. According to our research, more than one third of families who have lost a child approach a social worker or other organization for assistance with funeral resources or defraying costs.
All monetary donations to Eric Cares are tax-deductible and used directly to help families defray the costs associated with their child’s funeral service so they can honor and celebrate the life of their child.
